In just four months, AIS implemented ZSmart QRun solution to support the end-to-end operations for 36 million fixed broadband subscribers
Nanjing, May 28, 2015 – ZTEsoft is pleased to announce that AIS, Thailand’s largest Mobile Operator with more than 36 million customers, has successfully launched FBSS (Fixed Broadband Support System) in May using ZTEsoft’s ZSmart QRun (Quick Run). ZSmart QRun enables a complete range of business and operational processes including planning and construction, service fulfillment and service assurance. ZSmart QRun provides AIS with a full set of convergent and pre-integrated design, BSS and OSS modules enabling rapid network deployment, accelerated product development, quick product launch, zero touch full-service fulfillment and closed-loop service assurance, including support for field operations.
